Depending upon the desired sweetness and intensity of the ready drink, the mixing ratio of our various "Alpendrink/Sunfresh" fruit pulps is between 1+7 and 1+29!

All of our FRUCTOMATs and FRUMICs also run with all other liquid fruit pulps with a mixing ratio between 1+4 and 1+50!

Fruit juice according to Regulation

Juice: Fruit-juice directly from the fruit.

Fruit juice: Fruit-juice concentrate (100%) without additives.

Nectar: Minimum 50% fruit juice content and sugar.

Fruit juice drink: Minimum 10% fruit juice content, sugar or sugar substitutes.

Soft drink (lemonade): fruit juice content of less than 10%, sugar or sugar substitutes.
